Are you seeking a feeling of deeper meaning and purpose in your life?
Do you wonder how you can be more present and alive in your daily life and with your loved ones?
Are you struggling to reconcile your religious tradition or beliefs with other parts of your life?
Have painful experiences with religion affected you or your relationships?
One of our deepest human needs is to find meaning and purpose. Our struggle to do so is a lifelong journey that can exhilarate us and bring us joy but can also leave us aching and lost.
I don't promote a particular religious or spiritual belief system in my work. Instead, I help you clarify your own beliefs and values and see how these can contribute to a greater sense of wellbeing and joy. This might mean exploring what is meaningful to you and how you find a sense of purpose in life. It might mean examining your religious life and how your beliefs affect other parts of your life and work. It might mean coming to terms with experiences of religious abuse or rejection, helping you to feel more at peace with those memories. Or it might mean working through the complex feelings and stumbling blocks that can come with building a mixed-faith family.
"There is no way of telling people that they are all walking around shining like the sun."
- Thomas Merton
