Meditation will return Sept. 7 & Sept. 21

Join me for a series of grounding meditations at Blissful Monkey Yoga Studio in Jamaica Plain. These are 1 hour guided meditations meant for anyone. No experience with meditation is necessary; you don’t even have to like traditional meditation! I’ll be guiding the group through using a variety of somatic grounding and centering techniques that can help you calm your nervous system. Open-ended meditations can be activating for folks with certain mental health concerns, but grounding meditation draws on trauma-informed therapy practices to build a calming experience that’s suitable for more people.

Sundays at 5pm - usually 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month, check the registration link for details
